The online Master of Education in Education & Human Resource Studies in Adult Education & Training prepares students to teach adult learners in postsecondary, community, and corporate settings.  The curriculum prepares students to successfully plan and administer a wide range of training and educational programs along with strategic approaches to adult education and training in fields such as adult basic education, corporate training, EMS education, ESL education, and many other fields involving adult learning.  Students learn to think more strategically about adult learning theory, instructional design, methods of instruction, learning technologies, and program assessment.
