CSU-Global offers the online Master of Science in Human Resource Management. This program is designed to prepare you for a wide variety of leadership roles within the field of human resources. Students are provided with the comprehensive theories, programs, and practices associated with human resources.

Students will learn how to:

• create guidelines for conduct and behavior expectations
• study law, ethics, and corporate responsibility
• employ performance appraisals
• resolve conflicts
• train employees

Although not required, students can choose from over 10 concentrations in which to specialize this degree.
