Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Information Technology prepares students for real-life situations by providing extensive knowledge of computers, programming, and all IT-related tasks.  Students will acquire technical skills in programming and technology troubleshooting, learn to recommend software and hardware systems for organizations, and learn to work both independently and with others to meet the technology goals of an organization.

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to sit for several certification exams as well as find employment in the IT field.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Resume detailing at least two years of work experience
  • Completion of 12 transferable semester hours from a regionally accredited institution or complete four course prerequisites at the school
  • Official transcripts
  • ACT or SAT scores (waived for students age 20 and older)
