School counselors provide guidance and support to students on a wide range of topics – schools, careers, and life in general. Help youth prepare for their futures with a Master of Arts in School Counseling.
With a Christian focus, this online masters in school counseling combines clinical skills with biblical foundations. Coursework is designed to develop skills in the three primary fields determined by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA): social and emotional development, academic success, and college and career readiness. With the right strategies and interventions, school counselors can help students reduce disruptive behaviors and improve in goal areas such as GPA and graduation.
