Program Details

The bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management focusing on Enterprise Agility is designed to train students in all aspects of managing high level projects. Graduates will be able to take agile concepts beyond information technology to help their organization be more responsive in the marketplace. 

The curriculum examines strategic management, organizational leadership, and project-based teamwork using agile concepts. Courses using real-world business situations allow students to gain practical experience in the field. Students in this online business management degree program have the opportunity to participate in Colorado Christian University’s annual Values-Aligned Leadership Summit to discuss values and ethics in the workplace with fellow students and business executives.

Three courses in the bachelor’s program are graduate-level and can be applied toward an MBA in Enterprise Agility:
