Program Details

Colorado Christian University offers an online Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education to the working adult student who is not currently seeking licensure.  Students are prepared to enter the field of education in kindergarten through sixth grade in public, private, international, and public charter schools which do not require a teaching license.  Core studies will cover subjects such as:

  • Standards-Based Planning
  • Classroom and Instructional Management
  • Strategic Instruction

Students may be able to accelerate their degree through school transfer credit policies.  Graduates may consider applying to the CCU online Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction program.  Take on field experiences, develop an essential set of skills directly applicable to the workplace, and begin the journey toward becoming a professional educator with CCU online.
