Program Details

The bachelor’s degree in Applied Apologetics prepares students to witness their Christian faith to audiences of all beliefs. Studies will improve students’ understanding and expression of the doctrines of Christian faith and the evidence supporting them. 

This religious studies degree online provides a strong foundation in the skills and knowledge necessary to defend and share the faith. Students will gain a practical understanding of Apologetics approaches. Course topics include apologetics in church history, philosophical theology, spiritual formation, the doctrine of Christ, and more.

Students can choose from one of four areas of emphasis:

  • Cultural Engagement
  • Global Apologetics
  • Innovative Evangelism
  • Practical Apologetics

Requirements

  • High school transcript
  • Recommended 2.8 or higher GPA
  • ACT/SAT scores
  • Spiritual recommendation
