The online Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership on the Higher Education program track is designed to prepare globally conscious and morally purposeful servant leaders. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge and practical application in an authentic higher education setting utilizing the candidate’s professional experience in higher education. Graduates are able to commit to and act upon the principles of servant leadership; demonstrate their role in building a just society; identify, promote, and sustain high performance learning communities; apply research methodologies; analyze and articulate the individual and social purposes of education; and evaluate the role of servant leaders as stewards of both human and fiscal resources.
Must have earned a MA degree or any post-master's credit from a regionally accredited institution
Have a satisfactory degree of professional applied experience in higher education
