The online Master of Education in Teaching & Learning with an Instructional Coaching specialization program combines educational excellence with the flexibility that many teachers need and desire.  The program is open to K-12 educators who work in formal or informal settings.  Courses include Elements of Instructional Effectiveness; Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment, and Learning from a Mentor Perspective; Critical Issues in Instructional Coaching and School Leadership; and Reflective Instructional Coaching Practice.
