Begin an exciting career helping with medical records with these health informatics online degrees.  The first step toward the Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT) certification, this program teaches students how to ensure accuracy, accessibility, quality, and security in patient medical records.  Complete courses in:

  • Health sciences
  • Management
  • Health information technology

While completing practical lab experiences, you will gain skills in such areas as coding, billing, electronic health records, data analysis and reporting, legal compliance, and more.  Customize your degree by choosing the Revenue Management track or the Data Management track.

Best of all, early testing that is built into the curriculum allows you to take the Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT) exam prior to graduation.
