Clarion University offers an online Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies, which is a multidisciplinary program for students who wish to explore multiple areas of study. This liberal arts degree is designed to provide a structured program that encourages students to explore diverse academic skills and disciplines and is also an option for those who want to specialize in a combination of courses for which a major does not already exist. In addition, students may develop interests in this liberal studies program that lead them to a specific major. You will study areas that include the arts, history, humanities, languages, mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences while developing skills in critical and imaginative thinking and communication. Graduates understand their roles as citizens in the greater community and world, demonstrating an awareness of their own and others’ values and ethical reasoning, intercultural perspectives and viewpoints, and the importance of civic participation.
