Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Sciences

Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Sciences allows students to choose between two concentrations:  Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound (Sonography).  This degree completion program is available to students who already hold credentials as radiologic technologists, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, radiation therapists, or medical dosimetrists and who have completed a properly-accredited educational program.


The program has an academic preparation of two years (60 semester hours of science and general education) at Venango campus.

  • All students must graduate from an approved secondary school or have obtained a (GED) General Education Development high school equivalency diploma
  • Competitive students have a minimum high school GPA of 3.64 or higher, ACT score of 25 and a SAT score of 1220
