Program Details

The online MA in Social Impact degree program from Claremont Lincoln University is designed for emerging leaders with entrepreneurial spirits who wish to implement programs that generate a positive and sustainable impact within their communities. The curriculum focuses on human development for social leadership; foundations of social impact; action design for change; resource models for social impact; storytelling and marketing for change; a capstone action project; and the Claremont Core of courses in mindfulness, dialogue, collaboration, and change. Graduates are prepared to:

  • Synthesize the history, heritage, and context of social change and innovation for application to current world problems

  • Function as mindful humanistic change agents and empathetic leaders skilled and knowledgeable about how to catalyze and sustain changes in social systems

  • Research, analyze, and determine appropriate methods and contemporary strategies for designing and implementing initiatives that generate positive social impact
