The online Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration program focuses on leadership development while providing instruction on management, personnel administration, program evaluation, and research methods as well as explaining the criminal justice system. The curriculum uses civil and criminal judicial theory and practice to provide the tools students need for leadership roles in criminal justice fields. Graduates are able to solve ethical administrative problems, formulate and carry out plans used in a criminal justice agency, maintain efficient criminal justice standards without infringing on basic human rights, and understand how issues of race, ethnicity, gender, and social class affect the criminal justice system and causes of crime.
