Program Details

The online Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology prepares students for positions in computer information systems for business.  Students will learn to interpret and use technical information to solve common business programs using Information Technology systems and applications.

Graduates will be prepared for positions such as help desk providers, computer support specialists, computer repair technicians, networking technicians, information assurance technicians, and cyber security technicians.

Requirements

Graduates of accredited high schools; or have the California High School Proficiency Exam (CHSPE) certificate or the General Education Development (GED) certificate; or be 18 years of age or older and able to benefit from the college's instructional programs.
