Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management
Central Texas College

Program Details

Central Texas College offers a hospitality management degree online, the Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management, with a specialization in either Food and Beverage Management or Hotel Management.  With either specialization you will complete the courses you need to enter or advance in careers in hospitality management after earning this degree.  All students will take courses that introduce the basics of the hospitality industry as well as the basics of marketing and management in the industry.  Other courses in the curriculum are geared more directly to the specialization, including courses in food and beverage operations, guest room management, beverage management, and more.  CTC is dedicated to providing a distance learning experience that is at least as good as an on-campus program if not better.  Experienced instructors utilize tools that maximize student engagement with course material while courses themselves promote interaction with your instructor and peers.
