Education Specialist in Administrative Leadership K-12

Program Details

The Education Specialist with a concentration in Administrative Leadership K-12 degree prepares students for success as administrators at the central office level with advanced instructional and leadership skills.  This concentration is selected based upon students’ needs assessments.  Specific courses are determined in consultation between the student and academic advisor.


  • Master's degree in education or a related field, from a regionally accredited institution
  • Three years of experience in an educational setting
  • Current resume
  • Two letters of reference
  • Goal statement
  • Identification of a minimum of two significant activities that indicate experiences, abilities, and potential for educational leadership
