Program Details

The online Associate in Applied Science in Medical Coding and Electronic Health Records program prepares students for entry-level positions relevant to health care provider services or to earn their bachelor’s degrees at 4-year institutions.  Courses will teach skills and knowledge in coding, regulations pertaining to privacy, computing common healthcare statistics, quality improvement standards, and coding systems utilized in healthcare.
