Central Christian College of Kansas is an accredited learning institute offering students the opportunity to earn a valuable degree with the convenience of an online format.  Students will gain an insightful understanding of essential business administration concepts in addition to the solid religion foundation set from general education courses.

The innovative, online Bachelor of Science in Business and Organizational Leadership degree program is a sought after degree, offering professional students the opportunity to earn an education while still fulfilling current family and career obligations.  The BS in Business and Organizational Leadership introduces students to the essential concepts of combination of management and psychology based on a Christian foundation.

The Business and Organizational Leadership coursework is designed for professional students to acquire necessary skills needed when applying abilities, tools, skills, and knowledge required by many large and small organizations to operate effectively and efficiently.  Graduates of the degree completion program will use the newly learned concepts when entering into supervisory and managerial positions.

Students will be well-prepared to pursue leadership positions in a multitude of business fields within and beyond traditional organizations.  Graduates of the BS in Business in Organizational Leadership can confidently pursue career in supervisory and management positions in private, public and nonprofit sectors.  Additionally, the BS education can serve to advance individuals in the performance of managers, project managers, marketing professionals, and human resources.

    CCC has received official national and regional accreditations for their academic programs since 2004. The North Central Association of Colleges and Schools provides overall accreditation for the college.

    Central Christian College of Kansas maintains formal articulation agreements with: Chattanooga College of Med/Dental/Tech Careers; the College of Health Care Professionals; Gwinnett College; Hallmark College; Harrison College; Hutchinson Community College; Institute of Business and Medical Careers College; Median College; and Neosho County Community College. Central Christian allows students who transfer from a two-year school to transfer up to 64 credit hours of courses.

    Degree programs vary in length and depend on the number of courses needed for completion. CCC retains an approximate 16:1 student-to-faculty ratio for online courses.

    Transfer students may be eligible for credit based on standardized exams, including, CLEP, DANTES, Advanced Placement, in addition to prior learning experience, regionally accredited coursework, military credit, articulation agreements, and other individually-approved coursework.
