Program Details
Learn accounting concepts as well as practical technology applications with CCCC’s Payroll Accounting Certificate. Graduates will be able to calculate wages including taxes, prepare payroll tax forms, and post transactions.
Courses introduce basic computing skills and accounting software used for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. Students will learn how to analyze, summarize, interpret, and report financial data in the workplace. The curriculum also includes studies of individual income taxes and personal finance that can personally benefit the student.
Students will study topics including:
- Principles of financial accounting

- Payroll accounting
