Program Details
Learn how to be an effective leader with a Manager Trainee Certificate from CCCC. The six-course program can be completed part-time online in as little as two semesters.
Students will learn technical skills such as computer operations, as well as soft skills including customer service, people skills, and principles of management. Courses emphasize planning, organizing, directing, and communicating as a manager.
