Program Details
CCCC’s Infant and Toddler Care Certificate focuses on the needs of children from newborn through age two. Interested students can complete this five-course certification part-time online.
Students will learn how to create responsive programming that supports healthy development and growth of culturally, linguistically, and ability-diverse children. Classes cover health, safety, nutritional needs, and safe learning environments for young children. Graduates will be able to identify typical and atypical child development, understand environmental factors impacting development, and implement strategies to enhance development.
