Centenary University offers an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. The goal of this program is to help students gain the skills the need to succeed in today’s competitive business world. To complete the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration students must take all 128-credit hours. The curriculum is divided into three separate parts: the College Core Requirements, The Business Major and the Liberal Arts and free electives. A few courses within the major include: Organizational Behavior, Business Law, Accounting, Management, Psychology and Statistics. Students may even choose to complete a concentration within the business program. The concentrations include either Management or Marketing.
Centenary University Core Requirements provide all students with a foundation of education in multiple subjects. The main focuses are courses from the liberal arts disciplines. These core disciplines guarantee uniformity without sacrificing a student’s individual interest of the accelerated business degree program.
Once students have completed the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program, they will be eligible to advance into a business-related career in New Jersey. The degree also enhances careers of those who already have current jobs in the business field.

Centenary University is a four-year, private not-for-profit institution of higher education, located in the city of Hackettstown, New Jersey. The Newark Conference of the United Methodist Church founded Centenary in 1867, when it first opened its doors as a coeducational preparatory school. Since its founding, the college has retained its affiliations with the United Methodist Church. As the initial part of its vision statement, Centenary University commits “to be a leader in career-focused liberal arts studies offering programs to motivated learners seeking a degree, professional development, or lifelong learning.”
Accelerated degree programs at Centenary University provide distance education associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs targeting working professionals and adult students. Students choose how they complete each class within the degree program, either online, on campus, or in blended formats which typically combine eLearning with minimal monthly on-campus visits. Classes are offered in accelerated sessions, with six start dates throughout the year. Students may also qualify for prior learning credits, which further shortens the length of time necessary to earn a degree. In addition, per credit tuition is locked, meaning it does not increase as long as you remain enrolled in a degree program.
