The online Master in Nutrition offers graduate students the opportunity to engage in an interdisciplinary and individualized course of study that will best meet each student’s health discipline needs and professional goals. Students learn to apply evidence based interventions in the education and treatment of populations, as well as developing the skills needed to define, advocate, and affect change in health policy. Graduates have the competencies and skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health programming to meet the needs of diverse populations locally, nationally, and globally.
