Program Details

Cedar Crest College offers an online Master of Health Science / Nutrition. This online nutrition program is designed to meet each student’s health discipline needs and professional goals. You’ll learn to apply evidence-based interventions in the education and treatment of populations, as well as develop the skills needed to define, advocate, and affect change in health policy. 

Graduates are prepared for a postgraduate dietetic internship. This supervised experience provides the ultimate step towards becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. As an RDN, you’ll practice in fields such as:
