Program Details

As a clinical social worker, you enhance the quality of life of individuals and pursue social justice on behalf of oppressed, vulnerable and impoverished people. You align your call to serve humanity to your profession’s dedication to these goals. Social workers are compassionate promoters of human dignity, diversity, and self-determination in the battle against exploitation, addiction, violence, and oppression.

Requirements

  • A statement of purpose is required
  • A resume that includes educational history, and work and volunteer experience.
  • Three current letters of reference from persons, other than family or friends, who are able to address personal, professional and academic capabilities. If possible, the three references should not come from a single source.
  • Transcripts from each undergraduate and graduate college attended. Offers of provisional admission are made to those enrolled in undergraduate degree programs pending receipt of the final transcript showing conferral of a bachelor’s degree.
