Program Details

The Adult Mental Health specialization of this online MSW equivalent program prepares students for community-based mental health practice. The program focuses on identifying and creating solutions to public health issues including violence, trauma, suicide, substance abuse, and mental health disorders.

Students will learn to assess trauma and treatment approaches to serve the needs of a diverse and complex population. Graduates will be able to think critically about the many ways social and cultural diversity affects illness, treatment, and the path to wellness.
