Carlow University offers a Graduate Certificate in Autism Teaching. The online special education certification prepares professionals to work with children and youth with autism spectrum disorder. In this program, you choose to focus on either the PreK-8 grades or the 7-12 grades.
The curriculum equips educators with the theories and methods proven to be successful in working with the ASD population. You will learn how to design effective programs for your students. Graduates will have the tools needed to improve the physical and emotional well-being of their clients.
