Capella University’s online EdD specialization, Personalized and Competency-Based Instruction, helps you plug your classroom in to current trends and theories in the field of education. 

This specialization, part of Capella’s programs in education innovation and technology, focuses on effective ways to integrate technology in a P–12 learning environment, and features a comprehensive capstone experience. This program is designed around the Teacher Leader Model Standards, the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Teachers, the Association of Teacher Educators Standards for Teacher Educators, and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) standards.

The EdD in Personalized and Competency Based Instruction from Capella will help you grow as a building or district leader, applying technology decisions based on personalized and competency-based learning and curriculum design.
