Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education in Educational Administration program prepares students to take the next step in their careers as they learn the ins and outs of leading a school as an administrator.  Students gain the skills and knowledge needed to be Principals for grades PreK-12, including everything from balancing a budget to developing a positive culture among the organization’s teachers and staff, along with educational administration methods.  Courses include Organizational Frameworks and Human Resources, Evaluation of Staff and Culture, Curriculum, and Fundamentals of School Administration.
