Program Details

Help support and encourage students with diverse needs with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and a concentration in Learning Behavior Disorders Certification. With this online program, you will be prepared to teach in Kentucky in four years or less.

Program participants will receive the skills and knowledge they need to achieve initial certification to teach students with learning and behavioral disorders from preschool through grade 12. Courses prepare you to design lessons for diverse students and create inclusive classroom environments for all abilities. Graduates will be prepared to sit for the Praxis exams and achieve initial licensure in Kentucky.
