Graduate Certificate in Administrative Program for Principals (K-12)

Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Administrative Program for Principals degree is built around the goal of helping individuals earn their master’s degrees in education and/or certifications as K-12 school principals.  This curriculum gives students the opportunity to take on administrative leadership roles at the school level, whether as principals, vice principals, or supervisors of a content area.  Graduates are prepared for administrative jobs and have gone on to rewarding careers in K-12 schools in Pennsylvania and across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.00 or higher (Students with a GPA below 3.00 may apply for conditional admission)
  • Certification Only: Master’s degree with a GPA of 3.00 or higher (Students with a GPA below 3.00 may apply for conditional admission)
  • Official transcripts from an accredited institution
  • Copy of teaching certification
  • A letter of endorsement from applicant’s principal or immediate supervisor
  • A current resume or curriculum vitae
  • Statement of career goals and degree objectives
