The online Graduate Certificate in Law & Public Policy program focuses on the intersection of legal and policy issues at all government levels while studying the roots of the Constitution and how laws and policies have emerged. The curriculum’s foundation examines how the law plays out in a variety of settings while also examining how law impacts individuals and the effects of proposed and enacted legislation in a wide array of contexts. You will take courses that focus on the law and public policy; law, civil liberties, and the Constitution; law and legal method; law and civil litigation; and law and administrative agencies.
