Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Special Education in Autism Spectrum Disorders program addresses the needs of educators and professionals working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.  Students learn how to help individuals with autism spectrum disorders reach their full potential throughout their lifespan through comprehensive training in providing socialization opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as educational outreach materials and resources for parents and community members.  Graduates are prepared for a range of careers in schools, organizations, counseling centers, and medical facilities.
