Program Details

The Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) is designed to combine theoretical and practical applications of the multifaceted responsibilities associated with IT management.  This online information technology degree increases knowledge in information technology management and data science.  The curriculum is designed to prepare students for all modes of modern management practice, including managing and capitalizing on technologies and aligning organizational strategies with technical strategies.

In addition to the required courses, admitted students of the online program must attend a weekend-long orientation at the Fullerton campus for individual assessment and understanding of the technology and training. Upon successful of the minimum required courses, graduate students must complete a capstone course and present an electronic portfolio to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the MSIT program primary objectives and application in the professional environment.
