The courses concentrate on the principles of taxation governing sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, estates, and trusts.

The Masters program is designed to enhance practicing accountants, financial advisors, economists and other critical individuals in domestic U.S. Federal Taxation, and also State Income Taxation and International Taxation. In addition to building on primary accounting concepts, students may also further develop their understanding of ethics, tax research methods, alternative solutions and reading and writing tax literature. Before completion of the Masters degree program, students must demonstrate a full comprehensive knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations and judicial decisions.

Graduates should gain an expertise in professionalism, corporate taxes and partnership taxes.
