California State University in East Bay offers the Master of Science in Health Care Administration. For students requiring the first two years of lower division courses, Cal State East Bay maintains links to neighboring community colleges that offer online transfer programs. Furthermore, online courses are asynchronous and many include reading, weekly assignments, and class discussions.
