Program Details

The online MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding program involves a comprehensive study of the practical skills, methods, theory, and research needed to be an effective mediator, negotiator and conflict manager. Graduates may pursue careers in a wide variety of fields including police work, counseling, education, human resources management, labor relations, litigation, business negotiations, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), mediation, negotiation, arbitration, public policy, and social work.


Essay. Letters of recommendation. A bachelor’s degree in any major and a GPA of 3.20 or above in the last 60 semester or 90 quarter units of upper division course work from any accredited college or university.
