The online Master of Arts in Higher Education program prepares you for a career leading academic institutions. You will be equipped with the skills to make effective and informed administrative decisions. Students in this program may choose to explore such areas of interest as student affairs, enrollment management, resource management and human resources in public, private and Catholic institutions. Courses include organizations and leadership, legal issues in higher education, diversity issues in higher education, and technology and digital identity. The program culminates in a capstone project, producing a manuscript ready for submission to a peer-reviewed journal.
