Program Details

The online Master of Accounting pathway program is designed for students wishing to pursue the CPA credential, which requires 30 semester hours of upper-level accounting as part of the total 150-hour requirement. Brenau students, enrolled in the online BBA with an Accounting specialization may move into the Master of Accounting degree or the MBA in Public Accounting.

Requirements

This pathway program is designed for students to seamlessly transfer from a bachelor’s to master’s program. 

Must have a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA and have completed the following prerequisites:

  • Intermediate Accounting I
  • Intermediate Accounting II
  • Intermediate Accounting III
  • Taxation
  • Cost Accounting
  • Auditing

MACC curriculum: 30 credits
