Program Details

Student teachers seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in elementary education can partake in Brandman University’s online and on campus Master of Arts in Education degree program, with the concentration in Leadership in Early Childhood Education. The degree concentration is ideal for teachers to gain the additional knowledge needed for entry into administrator or director roles in many types of early childhood education programs or facilities.

Requirements

  • Meet 1 of 4 GPA options for admission
  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the candidate in an academic setting
  • Official transcripts from all regionally accredited institutions where baccalaureate and/or post-baccalaureate coursework was completed or attempted
  • Hold one of the following certifications: California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or higher, Single Subject Credential Home Economics, Child Development Associate Credential or a comparable credential
