The specialized Organizational Administration curriculum supplements previous educations and experiences while also introducing to students the focused concepts of labor relations, organizational behavior, information systems, leadership, project management and strategies across the supply chain system. The Bachelor of Arts degree with the focus on Organizational Administration from Brandman University Part of the Chapman University System is designed to meet the varied schedules of busy professionals or students with family and community obligations. The foundational bachelor degree program is comprised of core leadership courses, essential business courses, and the specialized courses in administration. The degree may build on a students previous experiences and education while also giving them the necessary courses and professionalism needed for immediate entry into the competitive job market. The umbrella degree major, organizational leadership, is a dynamic aspect of many successful business operations and includes the study of ethics, leadership, diversity and multicultural environments, communication, team building, and organizational development and change. The focus on organization administration requires students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the practices successful leaders use to grow, thrive, and realize a company's primary goals. The specialized curriculum requires students to complete 120 credits, comprised of core courses in liberal arts, communication, ethics and sociology. In addition, the organizational administration concentration delves into concepts of conflict resolution, entrepreneurship, communication, marketing, human resources, economics, organizational information systems, ethics, team building, finance, accounting, and leadership. The dynamic organizational leadership program culminates with a final capstone research project to demonstrate a student's expertise and proficiency of the bachelor programs objectives. Upon successful completion of the required course credits and the final capstone project, students should be able to apply the learned skills when seeking success in future career goals and personal pursuits as well trained, experienced, and credentialed administrative professionals.
