Bradley University offers a Doctor of Nursing Practice (BSN to DNP) with a Leadership track. This online nursing administration degree can be the next step in your nursing career. It is ideal for those with a BSN who want to create cultural change in their institutions. 

The Leadership track allows you to develop, assess, and innovate new approaches to health care delivery and technologies. You will learn how to advocate and mentor other nurses. And, crucially, you will help advance nursing as a discipline in your institution. 

Practicums can be completed at approved preceptors of your choice. By selecting different preceptors for different foci you’ll be exposed to a variety of practical experience.
