Boise State University has made available to graduate students the opportunity to gain a supplemental education specializing in Workplace Performance Improvement. The certificate program pulls courses to create a strategically useful program of study to aid in a student’s pursuit of high level positions. This certificate aims to enhance a student's understanding of essential human resources, conflict mediation, and productivity, in order to contribute to an effective and efficient working organization.
