Bluffton’s MAOM online is tailored to professionals who wish to serve in leadership or management positions. This faith-based program encourages students to engage in imaginative, productive and strategic methods in order to benefit the overall health of an organization and its community. Coursework includes studies in decision making, leadership, technology and management. Students can choose from Health Care Management or Accounting and Financial Management tracks.
Classes meet via videoconferencing in the evenings to give added flexibility to working professionals, yet the program still maintains traditions found in on-campus classrooms. Students interact with peers through class participation and presentations.
