Black Hills State University offers an Online Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Management Specialization. The program provides a well-rounded exposure to accounting, marketing, finance, economics, business law, and information systems.

Students are required to complete 120 credit hours, 36 of which must be 300-400 level courses. Students will take 24 credit hours of Pre-Business Core courses. These courses include Principles of Accounting I, Principles of Accounting II, Quantitative Decision Analysis, Managerial Communications, Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Introduction to Statistics, and Advanced Computer Applications. Students will also need to take 33 credit hours of business core courses. These include economics electives, Business Finance, Business Statistics II, Legal Environment of Business, Organization and Management, Marketing, International Business, Production/Operations Management, Business Ethics, Business Policy and Strategy, and Management Information Systems. The Specialization in Management will require students to take 18 credit hours with courses including Managerial Accounting, Business Law, Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. Students will also chose three credit hours from courses including Small Business Management, Advertising, Retail Management, Consumer Behavior, Managerial Economics, Compensation Management, and Tourism Management. Lastly, students will need to complete 34 credit hours of general education courses.

Black Hills State University is a four-year, public institution of higher education, located on a 123-acre campus in Spearfish, South Dakota.
