Program Details
The Eligibility Worker Certificate from Bismarck State College is a two-semester program that provides a foundation in human services skills and knowledge. Students will learn about service delivery and program administration for entry-level positions in public, private, and volunteer human service organizations.
Courses focus on human service theory, professional skills, and social welfare. Graduates will be knowledgeable about real-world programs and services such as TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, home energy assistance, child care assistance, and more. Participants will also gain professional skills necessary for a successful career in human services.
