Program Details

Bethel University offers a dual Doctor of Nursing Practice & Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership degree to RNs with a BSN degree.  This online nurse practitioner degree program prepares students to become influential leaders in healthcare in as little as three years without leaving their current careers.  Plus, you will be studying and completing the practicum in your community so you will be ready to apply what you’re learning where you are already serving!

The online organizational leadership degree part of the program focuses on developing your unique skills and experiences.  As you develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership competencies, you become an influential leader capable of guiding people and organizations in new directions.  This ability works hand-in-hand with the DNP degree, preparing students to act as leaders and influencers in healthcare settings!
