Dual Master of Business Administration/Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior

Program Details

The online Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior (MSMOB) program combines the quantitative business expertise gained in an MBA with an understanding of human behavior and group interaction offered in our MSMOB program.

In the MS portion of the curriculum, coursework emphasizes the “human side” of organizations. Learn how to:

  • Build effective teams
  • Resolve conflict
  • Lead organizational assessment, development and change initiatives

The MBA portion of this dual degree program prepares you to successfully lead organizations through today’s often complex business environment with in-depth coursework in accounting, finance, economics, analytical tools and more. You can also choose one of seven concentrations to focus on.


You must have an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Applicants can request a GMAT waiver under the following conditions: Already possess an advanced degree; Have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.2; A cumulative undergraduate GPA from 2.5 to 3.1 can request a GMAT waiver by completing our MBA 520 and MBA 541 courses with a grade of "B" or higher.
