Master of Science in Justice Administration & Crime Management

Program Details

The online Master of Science in Justice Administration & Crime Management program helps students develop the knowledge and competencies needed to assume leadership roles within the Criminal Justice field.  The curriculum develops critical thinking skills and helps students learn to review, analyze, and disseminate applied theoretical knowledge pertaining to criminal justice administration.  The program provides a strong foundation in business, administration, law, policy, economics, and criminological theory.  It is intended for criminal justice professionals who must be armed with diverse skills and for working professionals who want to pursue advanced educations.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or a U.S. equivalent degree from a nationally or internationally accredited college or university
  • Have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or better from the most recent 60 credits of coursework earned toward the bachelor’s degree or have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or better in previous graduate level coursework earned toward the graduate degree
  • May require letters of recommendation and essays in certain circumstances
